Jessica Clark
Executive Director
Jessica Clark graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and has worked in the non profit sector for the American Red Cross and Indiana Regional Medical Center. Jessica was brought on as the Executive Director in June of 2014.
Abbey Cupp
Office Manager
Abbey is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She joined the CARE Center in December 2025, bringing with her three years of experience in the public sector. Abbey is honored to be part of the CARE Center team and is passionate about supporting the important work being done for children and families throughout Indiana County.
Deanna Bobik
CAC Coordinator
Deanna graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, as she has previously been employed as a member of therapeutic support staff, BHRS case manager, and school coordinator for a therapeutic school. Deanna joined the CARE Center as the Intake/Case Assessment Worker for our Children’s Advocacy Center in 2019.
Lindsey Goodin
Family Preservation Specialist
Lindsey began working as a Family Preservation Specialist at the CARE Center in the summer of 2021. Prior to joining the CARE Center, she worked with children and families in New Jersey through Healthy Families America. Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree from Neumann University. She is passionate about supporting families and enjoys building positive, meaningful relationships with both children and their caregivers. Through her work, Lindsey is dedicated to helping families strengthen their bonds and achieve their goals.
Kari Fulton
Family Preservation Specialist
Kari started working as a Family Preservation Specialist at The Care Center in June of 2023. She previously worked with children at The Commonwealth Charter Academy as an Assistant Teacher. She is happy to be a part of The CARE Center staff and is looking forward to helping the children and families The CARE Center serves.
Kelly Koos
Family Preservation Specialist
Kelly Koos began working as a Family Preservation Specialist for The CARE Center in July 2022. Kelly graduated from IUP in Child Development and Family Relations and has experience as a Family Educator, Therapeutic Support Staff, Assistant Group Supervisor and Assistant Teacher. These positions allowed her to interact with children and their families in a variety of contexts and settings in support of their emotional, educational, spiritual, and social development. Kelly enjoys her work at the CARE Center and is happy to help enhance relationships between parents and children.
Jessica McCracken
Supervised Visitation Specialist
i. Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2004. She has over ten years of experience in education and child development. As a former educator, Jessica developed a deep expertise in assessing individual needs and crisis management. She’s dedicated her career to collaborating with students and their families to ensure a positive supportive environment is present. She is thrilled to be part of the CARE Center team and is excited to work with all the different families!
