Our Mission: Improving the Lives of Children
The CARE Center of Indiana County, PA is a non-profit corporation dedicated to improving the lives of abused, neglected and at-risk children and their families through the
Children's Advocacy Center (CAC).
The CAC supports:
- The identification and intervention of child abuse and neglect
- Prevention
- We provide a safe and child-friendly environment for children who may have been sexually abused to tell their story.
- We use a team approach in order to promote their healing
We promote healthy families through:
- Family Preservation Services
- Nurturing Parent Groups
- Supervised Visitation
- and Community Outreach and Education
